Let's do the commission

terms and payment

by commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  • I retain full and exclusive rights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I have the right to post the watermarked commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications.

  • you can post the artwork on any social media platform, print it, or use it as wallpaper as long as you give me proper credit and keep the watermark/signature unaltered.

  • You may NOT alter/edit the commissioned artwork without my consent.

  • you may not in any way profit from my artwork or use it to sell as NFT.

  • I will do the artwork in my own style. please note that the finished artwork will not exactly look like the reference because it is highly stylized. Moreover, take note that I use light and pastel tones in my art.

  • artwork will only be for personal use.

payment, refund, and cancellation

  • I accept payment through paypal/ko-fi (int clients) or wise (int clients bank transfer), and landbank (ph clients iaccess or bank transfer).

  • I accept payment in the following currencies: USD (thru Paypal/ko-fi and wise); eur, GBP, aud, cad, nzd (thru wise), and PHP (landbank).

  • you can pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after you approve the sketch. (split payment not available in ko-fi)

  • you may not cancel once you have approved the sketch.

  • you may not get a refund once I start working on the commission.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • do not send your payment before receiving an invoice or a request from me. (not needed for ko-fi commissions)

Commission me thru Ko-fi or follow these steps:

  1. Send a dm on my socials or an email to [email protected] containing the references and details of your order. (Please be as descriptive and specific as possible)

  2. Wait for my reply to confirm your order where you will be informed of the total price.

  3. After we have reached an agreement, I will send you my payment details.

  4. Send your payment and let me know once the transaction is complete. (Please do not send money if I haven't yet requested it)

  5. I will confirm receipt of payment.

  6. Wait for updates.

workflow, revisions, and delivery:

  • I will update you on the status of the commission, especially if there are delays.

  • Completion should take 1-3 weeks, unless there are circumstances I cannot control.

  • While I am working on the commission, you will get progress updates which you have to approve at each step to make sure that you are satisfied with the artwork.

  • Fee for revisions are free only if you haven't previously given me approval on my progress.

  • There's also an additional fee if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • once the artwork is finished, you will receive the 300dpi png file through a google drive link.

  • please note that there's no physical product.
